The Baltimore Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) would like to invite your company to participate in our Vendor Forum Dinner Meeting to be held this year at the Holiday Inn Select in Timonium, MD on Thursday, September 20, 2007.

AITP Baltimore Chapter is offering two types of sponsorship packages:  Platinum & Gold

Platinum Sponsorship: includes 3 dinner tickets reserving seats at the CIOs tables, double-sized table-top display, listed as a CIO Forum Sponsor in emails and on our website and special thanks during the program.

Gold Sponsorship: includes 2 dinner tickets (general seating) and single-sized table-top display.

The cost for each is based on membership in AITP Baltimore Chapter organization.

Platinum Sponsorship:
Members $325
Non-Members $500

Gold Sponsorship:
Members $125
Non-Members $300

NOTE: Non-members can join our organization for a special rate of $125 prior to CIO Forum and pay the member price for a savings of $50 on either Platinum or Gold Sponsorship packages.

A portion of the proceeds from sponsorship benefit the AITP Baltimore Chapter Scholarship Fund. This Fund awards annual scholarships to college students studying in the IT field. This year’s scholarship awards will be presented at our September Vendor’s Forum event.
